By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondents for payment of the salary for the month of August, 2024 to September, 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has worked for the respondent No.2 as Fixed Time Employee(FTE), District Social Audit Facilitator and In-charge Social Audit Manager at District: Bilaspur, Raigarh and Gariyaband, but the petitioner’s salary for the said period i.e. August, 2024 to September, 2024 has not been released by the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that if the petitioner approach the respondent No.2 by filing a representation claiming the salary for a period of August, 2024 to September, 2024, the same shall be considered in accordance with law after verifying the fact that the petitioner has discharged his duties in the concerned department. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents. 5. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the respondent No.2 by filing a representation within a period of ten days, thereafter, the same be considered after verifying the fact that whether the petitioner has worked for a period of August, 2024 to September, 2024 or not and necessary order be passed accordingly. If the petitioner is 3 worked for the aforesaid period, the salary for the two months be released within a further period of 30 days after filing the representation. 6.
