Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India had been filed seeking challenge to advertisement dated 17.01.2020. 3. Learned counsel for opposite parties 2 and 3 on the basis of affidavit filed earlier dated 05.04.2021 submits that during pendency of this petition, impugned advertisement has already been withdrawn vide order dated 17.03.2021 and a fresh advertisement has been issued. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners on the basis of instructions admits aforesaid facts. 5. Considering aforesaid facts this petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
