Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to renew the Arms License No. 451/TGS.ABN & N.P.B.R. (Revolver No. K.5028) of the petitioner (Annexure No. 3) in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned authority shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
