Case No. 215 of 2022 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 54 of 2022 for the offences registered under sections 363, 366-A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO-cum-ASJ-I-cum-FTC (CAW), Garhwa. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier twice rejected by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 4. Petitioner is alleged to have sexually assaulted the victim. 5. Mr. Shashi Kumar Verma, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined in this case. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the trial is at the fag end of its conclusion, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
