Mr. Ajaz Chowdhary, learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for a while seeks to withdraw this writ petition acknowledging the fact that alternative remedy is available at the disposal of the aggrieved residents of village Sanwara, Chilli, tehsil Gandoh, district Doda against the respondent No. 4-Ishtaq Ahmed who is proclaiming himself to be Lamberdar of village without any lawful authority by approaching the Deputy Commissioner, Doda to Serial No. 135 Supplementary List-1 WP(C) No. 3425/2025 complain about the state of affairs so obtaining despite the fact that the attention of the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Bhalessa was duly invited by virtue of a written representation but no outcome came to take place and, as such, the grievance of the residents of village Sanwara, Chilli, tehsil Gandoh, district Doda continues to be in existence. 02. The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty granted to approach appropriate authority.
