To direct the Lamed Rent Authority, Under section 30 of U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 / Additional Collector /Additional District Magistrate, City (East) District Lucknow, to decide the Case no. 4841 of 2023 (Shri Sarvesh Dwivedi vs Smt. Geeta Devi) under section 21 (2) of U.P. Urban Premises Tenancy Regulation Act 2021, within stipulated period as fixed by the this Hon'ble High Court to meet the ends of justice, contained as Annexure no. 2 to this petition." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid case in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
