The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 17.04.2023 passed by this Court in Matters Under Article 227 No. 4169 of 2023. From the records annexed with the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application, I do not find any wilful disobedience on the part of the Judicial Officer of the court concerned who has been impleaded as opposite party in the present case.
