This is an application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in respect of NDPS Case No.140/2024, pending in the Court of Page No.# 2/2 the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.2, Kamrup(Metro), Guwahati. 3. It has been submitted that only 1(one) witness out of 14(fourteen) witnesses has been examined. 4. After considering the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides, this Court is of the opinion that the prosecution side should examine at least 3(three) witnesses, therefore after examination of the 2(two) witnesses, the petitioner shall come to this Court again, if advised. 5.
