Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 4. 2. Notices to respondent no.5 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order. 3. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned selection list dated 15.4.2025. The petition also seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 to 3 to appoint the petitioner on the post of Aganbadi Karyakatri Mohalla Abdul Kalam Nagar, Kasba-Bhinga, District Shrawasti as per the government order. 4. Learned Standing counsel, on the basis of written instructions, which is taken on record, submits that Anganwadi Centre Tandwagaon in Gram Panchayat/Ward Abdulkalam Nagar is of unreserved category. In comparison to which 05 applications are being displayed on the portal. In which the merit of the petitioner, Mrs. Suman Pandey widow woman in BPL category is 4.66 and the merit of Mrs. Pratima Tiwari Divyang woman is 4.84 points which is more than the merit of the petitioner. As per the government order dated 21 March 2023, the widow woman gets preference but does not get reservation whereas the Divyang woman gets horizontal reservation and also has higher merit. Due to which Mrs. Pratima Tiwari Divyang woman was selected. 5. On due consideration to the submissions advanced, perusal of the record and written instructions so also the fact that the merit of the Pratima Tiwari is higher than the petitioner and according to the government order divyang woman gets horizontal reservation and for that reason her candidature could not be considered, I find no illegality in the impugned selection. 6.
