Learned AGA on the other hand submits that he has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application stands disposed of requiring the court of Civil Judge (S.D.)/F.T.C. Basti to expedite the proceedings in Complaint Case No. 22162 of 2020 (Radheyshyam Chaudhary Vs. Rajendra Prasad Jaiswal) in terms of sub-section 3 of Section 143 of N.I.
