Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private-respondent(s), if any, is hereby dispensed with. The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief:- "(i) Issue a order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 04.01.2024 Case No.270/2023 Computerized Case No. 202354046800000270 which is contained as Annexure No.1 passed by Opposite Party No. 2. On being confronted, learned counsel for the petitioners says that at this stage justice would suffice if without interfering in the order dated 04.01.2024, passed in the Case No. 270/2023, indicated in the prayer (i), the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite party No.3 to decide the pending revision within the time specified by this Court. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite party No.3/Deputy Director of Consolidation, Sultanpur to decide the revision within a period of six months, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party, if there is no legal impediment.
