Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:15638 Court No. - 6 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5388 of 2020 Petitioner :- Rajendra Singh Respondent :- Addl. District Judge Court Room No.7 Unnao and Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Subhash Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. An outstation slip has been sent by the counsel for the petitioner, however, as the matter is old one, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter. The writ petition has been filed challenging of an order passed by the appellate court whereby the refusal of injunction by the trial court was set aside. Considering the fact that the suit is a very old one, I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order at this stage. The writ petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 17.3.2025 VNP/- Digitally signed by :- VISHVANATH PRASAD SHUKLA High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
