Considering the fact that the petitioner has adequate efficacious remedy under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate application under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which shall be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
