This application has been filed for correction of typographical error appearing in the order dated 30.05.2025 passed by this court in IA(Crl) No. 525/2025. Page No.# 2/2 In paragraph 4 of the said order, the words “ .........listing the matter on 3rd week of June, 2025” should have been “ ........extending the time till 3rd week of June, 2025”. Hence, the error stands corrected. Moreover, in paragraph 6 of the said order the applicant was directed to appear before the trial court at Barpeta and a direction was passed for listing the application on 17.06.2025. Mr. Ahmed has submitted that it should have also been the date on which the applicant shall appear before the trial court at Barpeta. The said error is also corrected. The applicant shall appear before the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge (POSCO), Barpeta in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 51/2024 on 17.06.2025. With the above, the present interlocutory application is disposed of. This order shall form a part of the order dated 30.05.2025 passed in IA(Crl) No. 525/2025 JUDGE Comparing Assistant
