Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) issue an appropriate order or direction commanding the Respondent No.1 to expedite the hearing of Regular Suit No.174 of 2006: Kunwar Krishna Dhaon and another versus Udai Krishna Dhaon and others, which is clubbed along with the Regular Suit No.411 of 2014: Avishkar Dhaon versus Udai Krishna Dhaon and others, and direct the Respondent No.1 to decide the same within such reasonable time which this Hon'ble Court may deem just, reasonable and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case as the same is pending for decision before the Learned Court below since last Eighteen Years (18 Years)." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law. 4.
