Learned counsel for the Electricity Corporation says that the residents of the apartment have complained that the shops, in respect to which separate electricity connection, that too commercial connection, is being sought by the petitioner, have been illegally constructed by the builder, therefore, in these circumstances, unless the issue is resolved legally, the electricity connection cannot be granted. On being confronted, learned counsel for the petitioner could not demonstrate that the factual position is otherwise, therefore, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.
