Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of written instructions, which are taken on record, submits that a fresh transfer order has been passed and all the petitioners have been transferred. He further submits that the earlier transfer order has been cancelled. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in light of the cancellation of the earlier transfer order and issuance of the fresh transfer order, the relief sought in the writ petition no longer survives. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. 4. In view of the fact that the earlier transfer order, which was under challenge, has been cancelled and a fresh transfer order has been issued, nothing survives in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition.
