The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To pass appropriate order directing the District Magistrate, Lucknow (Opposite party no. 2) to decide the application number 1323/2018 made under section 13 of Arms Act of the petitioner as soon as possible without any delay." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned authority shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
