The present petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Case No.211 of 2023 (Devendra Kumar Vs Smt. Rashmi Gautam) under Section 13 (ia)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act pending in the Family Court, Lucknow. 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the abovesaid case. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
