The present petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved from the proposal dated 21.04.2025 issued in favour of the opposite party no.5. 3. Considering the fact that the approval has not yet been granted by the Tehsil Level Committee, which is required in terms of the Government Order, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to raise all the objections before the Tehsil Level Committee who shall take into consideration the objections of the petitioner prior to finalizing the proposal in favour of the selected candidate.
