A writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding the Opp. parties specially the Opp. party No 3 to consider the candidature of the petitioner as licensee of fair price shop of village Panchayat Dengra, Block Godlamau, Tehsil Mishrik, District Sitapur." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off by observing that in case the petitioner is found to be entitled to initiate, he would be entitled to participate in the proceedings initiated for allotment of the fair price shop as and when the allotment proceedings are initiated.
