This is a disposed of matter. The case has been listed in the Court for the compliance of the order of cost imposed upon the petitioner. As per report of the Registry, there is no information with regard to the deposit of the cost. This Court takes exception to the fact that learned counsel, who represented the petitioner and whose name is duly reflected in the cause list, did not care to appear in the Court yesterday nor he has put in appearance today. Taking into consideration the fact that there is a willful disobedience of the order passed by the Court of deposit of cost imposed by it within the time granted, this Court takes suo motu cognizance thereof and directs the Registry to register an independent case of contempt against the petitioner namely Ms. Naina Kohli, in this regard, which be listed before the Court next week.
