Respondent No. 1 & 2 will get Rs. 9,50,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Only) plus interest, as full & final satisfaction of their claim from the applicant/ appellant. If the said amount or part is already deposited in the Court, then, the applicant/ appellant shall also be entitled for the entire interest of MACT Bank account as per Rule on the deposited amount.
