Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) In the present Execution Petition, execution of judgment dated 04.12.2014, passed in CWP No.9105 of 2014 titled Mohinder Singh and others vs. State of H.P and others, is sought. The grouse as such was non-consideration as directed by the said order 2. As per the communication dated 16.09.2025, addressed to the Advocate General, vide order dated 12.09.2025, the Deputy Commissioner, Shimla has modified the earlier order 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 dated 07.04.2025 and benefit of work charge status has been confirmed on notional basis from 01.01.2003, since earlier the benefit had been granted w.e.f. 01.01.2005. 3. Resultantly, we are of the considered opinion that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. Necessary pay fixation be done in view of the same within four weeks from today. 4. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. ( G.S.
