Petitioner wants re-connection of his electricity connection, however, there are dues. In fact, it is informed that since 2017, electricity connection is disconnected as claimed by the petitioner, permanently. 3. Let the petitioner approach opposite party no.3 along with relevant documents raising his grievance who may get the facts verified whether there are any dues payable by the petitioner and inform the petitioner accordingly and if it is permissible to restore the electricity connection after payment of the dues the same shall be considered. If fresh electricity connection is required to be taken by the petitioner after payment of the dues then that shall also be informed to the petitioner who shall do the needful.
