Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Akash Deep Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Shri Gopal Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 21.04.2025 passed by the DRT, lucknow, whereby the interim relief application was rejected by the DRT. 3. Considering the fact that an appeal is prescribed against the said order, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of appeal. He would also be entitled to move an interim application in the S.A. In case, the appeal is filed and an interim application is pressed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of one week, from the date of filing of the interim application. 4. In case, the appeal is filed within a period of three days from today, till disposal of the interim application, coercive possession shall not be taken. 5. It is further provided that in case, the appeal is filed within a period of three days, the same shall be decided on merits and shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation. 6. In case, the appeal is not filed within three days, this order shall automatically come to an end.
