Heard Mr. T. Sk, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. K.K. Bhatta, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Insurance Company.
2. This application has been filed praying for correction of the order dated 19.05.2025 passed by this Court in Crl. Rev. P. /176/2025. In the said order, the date of the judgment passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Cachar, Silchar has been inadvertently mentioned as “25.04.2024”, whereas the date of the judgment should have been “25.04.2025”.
3. Therefore, the error stands corrected.
4. Henceforth, the judgment dated ‘25.04.2024” appearing in the order dated 19.05.2025 passed by this Court in Crl. Rev. P. /176/2025 shall be read as
“25.04.2025”.
5. This order shall form a part of the order dated 19.05.2025 passed by this Court in Crl. Rev. P. /176/2025.
