Petitioner has approached this court on the foundation of a representation made to the Officer- in-charge, Palashipara Police Station, KPD Nadia. Copies of the same were advanced to different administrative authorities. Having considered that the Officer-in- charge has got nothing to do with the construction of any religious institution, this court has got no scope to interfere with the contents advanced in the writ petition.
