Applicant-Pushpesh Tiwari, who is first informant, has approached this Court by means of present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this application and quash the order dated 10.01.2025 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No.13, Prayagraj/Allahabad in S.T. No.93 of 2017 (State Vs. Amit Tiwari) arising out of Case crime no.377 of 2016 under section 302 I.P.C. Police Station Cantt, District Prayagraj; otherwise the applicants shall suffer irreparable loss and injury. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to stay the effect and operation of order dated 10.01.2025 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No.13, Prayagraj/Allahabad in S.T. No.93 of 2017 (State Vs. Amit Tiwari) arising out of Case crime no.377 of 2016 under section 302 I.P.C. Police Station Cantt, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of present application before this Hon'ble Court." 4. At the very outset, the learned counsel for applicant submits that he does not wish to press this application any further. He, therefore, contends that this application be dismissed as not pressed. 5. Learned A.G.A. for State-opposite party-1 has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for applicant. 6. In view of above, this application is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed. 7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
