An application has been filed seeking review of the judgment dated 06.03.2025 as corrected vide subsequent order dated 04.04.2025. 5. The submission of the counsel for the review applicant is that reference to Clause 3(13) of the Sugarcane Control Order, 1966, is erroneously mentioned inasmuch in terms of the said provisions, the liability is not on the cooperative society. 6. Be that as it may, the said provision was quoted only to draw analogy that on account of delay in payment, interest @12% was prescribed. 7. In view thereof, the submission of the counsel for the applicant for review, does not deserve any consideration. 8. The review application is dismissed. 9. It is clarified that the interest awarded shall not be treated as precedent.
