The petitioner was sanctioned a loan under the 'Mudra Loan Scheme' of the Government. He was unable to pay back the loan amount. Consequently, recovery certificate has been issued. In pursuance thereof, a citation for recovery of Rs.13,50,000/- has been issued on 11.04.2025 by the Tehsildar concerned. Challenging the same, this petition has been filed, saying that only on account of hardship and unforeseen circumstances, loan could not be paid by the petitioner but he is ready to pay the same in installments. This is a matter to be seen purely by the opposite party No.3. 3. Let the petitioner approach the opposite party no.3, who will look into the matter. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of. .
