The present bail application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of bail in FIR No. 240/2017 dated 02.07.2017, registered at Police Station Mayur Vihar-I, for offence under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’). The chargesheet has been filed against the applicant for the offences under Sections 364/302/120B/34 of the IPC. 4. It is pointed out that the bail application filed by the co- accused Sandeep Kumar Sharma was disposed of by this Court by order dated 29.04.2024, after noting that only a few formal witnesses remained to be examined and the trial is at the fag end. Considering the advanced stage of the trial, the present bail application is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to make endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of five to six months. 7.
