[1] Heard Mr. Tungrei Ngakang, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. H. Samarjit, learned PP assisted by Ms. Thanyomi Keishing, learned jr. Govt. counsel for the respondent. [2] By the present application, the applicant is praying for allowing by this Court to file Anticipatory Bail without a copy of the FIR as he has not able to obtain a copy of the same. [3] It is also stated that the FIR is not uploaded in the website and if the application is not allowed, the applicant will face serious in his liberty. [4] The learned PP for the respondent submits that this Court may pass appropriate order. [5] In the circumstances, the applicant is permitted to file Anticipatory Bail application without a copy of the FIR on the basis of the copy of the complaint. [6] Accordingly, the present Crl. M.C. No. 14 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of. [7] Registry is directed to register the application for Anticipatory Bail, if in
order and furnish a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the parties in the course of the day.
