This Writ Petition is filed against the action of the respondent Nos.2 & 3 in installation of an advertisement board in front of the petitioner’s private property in Sy.No.102-1A1B2B in Kaza Village of Mangalagiri Mandal of Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. 2. During the course of hearing today, learned Standing Counsel for the National Highway Authority of India appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, would submit that the respondent No.3 removed the advertisement board installed in front of the petitioner’s property. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from his client, has submitted that the respondent No.3 removed the advertisement board. 4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this present Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. 6.
