The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C./528 B.N.S.S. has been preferred with the following prayer:- "For the facts, reasons and circumstances stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is most respectfully prayed that tnis Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the impugned revisional order dated 19.3.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge VIIth/Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Raebareli in Criminal Revision No. 195 of 2024 "Smt. Jamina Versus State of U.P. and others" by which the aforesaid criminal revision has been rejected and impugned order dated 25.6.2024 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raebareli in Criminal Misc. Case No. 723 of 2024 "Jamina Versus Yakoob and others" Under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. Police Station-Mohanganj, District-Amethi by which the application Under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner has been rejected, contained in Annexure No.1 & 2 to the accompanying affidavit, in the interest of justice." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant does not want to press the present application and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
