Gauri) under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from Principal Judge, Family Court, Faizabad to the equivalent Court at District Gorakhpur. 3. Considering the inconvenience being faced by the applicant, the present application is allowed. The proceedings pending in the Court of Faizabad are transferred to the equivalent court at District Gorakhpur.
