The present writ petition seeks a direction against the opposite parties to consider and decide the application for grant of consent to operate the industry which is pending. 3. Sri A.K. Verma, learned counsel for U.P. Pollution Control Board has submitted that the pending application for grant of consent to operate the industry has already been considered and decided on 30.9.2024. 4. A copy of the order rejecting the application has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty assail the order passed, if the petitioner is so aggrieved. 6.
