Shri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned Special Counsel appearing for the High Court, while placing written instructions duly signed by the respondent Officer dated 17.05.2025, informs that application of the applicant dated 06.11.2024 under Section 151 C.P.C. has already been decided by the competent court on 11.02.2025. The photocopy of the said order dated 11.02.2025 is also placed before this Court. The aforesaid order dated 11.02.2025 as well as written instructions are taken on record. 3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the parties and going through the order of writ Court as well as contents of the order dated 11.02.2025 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pratapgarh, this Court is of the view that the application in question has already been decided by the respondent. 4. In view of above, the contempt application is misconceived and, accordingly, stands dismissed.
