It is submitted by the learned counsel for the second respondent that Annexure-J order which the writ petitioner seeks implementation of, had been challenged by the second respondent before this Court and the WP No.24446/2022 had been disposed of by judgment dated 01.02.2025, declining interference with the recommendation of the committee, but making it clear - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9433-DB WP No. 737 of 2023 that any action to be taken against the educational institution will be done after issuance of notice to them as well. 3. In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is also stands disposed of clarifying that in case any further steps are taken by the first respondent, the State or any other authority as against the second respondent, the same will be taken after issuance of notice and after hearing the parties.
