The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue direction to Opposite party no. 1 to decide the application C6 under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 (Annexed as Annexure No. 2) for interim injunction by the petitioner on merits, after hearing both sides, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer,, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
