Petitioner has challenged an order dated 20.12.2024, issued by Additional District Magistrate, Dehradun, whereby petitioner was repatriated from Nagar Palika Parishad, Mussoorie to his parent department. 2. Learned State Counsel sought time to get instructions. Today, learned State Counsel has produced in Court an order dated 04.01.2025 passed by 1 2025:UHC:117-DB Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Dehradun, which is taken on record. Perusal of the said order reveals that the order of repatriation, passed in respect of the petitioner, has been cancelled. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development, namely order passed by Additional District Magistrate on 04..01.2025, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4.
