This petition has been filed for a direction for compliance of the order dated 03.04.2024 passed in Case No.3377 of 2023 under Section 133 Cr.P.C(Keshav Ram and others versus Budhi Ram and others) passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mankapur, Gonda. Admittedly, the application for recall of the aforesaid order is pending before the court concerned and the same could not be disposed of on account of strike of lawyers. Even otherwise, no such direction can be issued as there is established procedure for compliance of such orders and the remedy may be availed by the petitioner. It has also been admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the application has been filed for compliance of the order, but on account of strike of lawyers, the same also could not be decided. In view of above, when the petitioner or his counsel himself is not assisting the court concerned in disposal of the application for recall and the application for compliance of the order passed by the court concerned, he is not entitled for any relief. Even otherwise in view of prescribed procedure no direction can be issued by this Court. In view of above, the petition is misconceived and lacks merit. It is,accordingly, dismissed.
