The petitioner, through the medium of the present petition, has sought a direction upon respondent No. 2-Tehsildar Billawar, District Kathua, to attest mutation in his favour in respect of land measuring 24 Kanals and 2 Marlas falling in Khewat No. 175, 177, 178 and 145 situated at village Dungara (Kishanpur), Tehsil Billawar, District Kathua. 2. Having regard to the nature of relief that has been sought by the petitioner in the writ petition, the same can be disposed of at this stage, by extending appropriate directions to respondents No. 2-Tehsildar Billawar, District Kathua. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 to take final decision with regard to Serial No. 151 2 WP(C) No. 2858/2025 the attestation of mutation in favour of petitioner in respect of land measuring 24 Kanals and 2 Marlas falling in Khewat No. 175, 177, 178 and 145 situated at village Dungara (Kishanpur), Tehsil Billawar, District Kathua, most expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date a copy of this order is made available to the respondent No. 2. 4.
