The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Direct the Learned Civil Judge North (Junior Division) Lucknow to decide the Regular Suit No.1044 of 2020 "Vijay Kumar Versus Arjun and others" pending before the Court of Civil Judge North (Junior Division) Lucknow within a time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice. (ii) Direct the Learned Civil Judge North (Junior Division) Lucknow to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. during the pendency of aforesaid suit forthwith, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the injunction application is pending, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
