Lalli and others" (Annexure no. 2), expeditiously preferable within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice. " 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid injunction application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
