Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. 1. Heard. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has written instructions to inform the Court that the police is not interfering in the functioning of the petitioner's meat shop. It is just that a complaint was received about sale of Ox meat contrary to the terms and conditions of license whereupon the petitioner was cautioned to carry on his business in accordance with license. 3. However, on being asked as to whether any Ox meat was recovered from the petitioner's meat shop, learned Standing Counsel says that instructions do not throw light on the same. 4. In view of the aforesaid instructions, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the local police not to interfere in the functioning of the petitioner's business unless there is valid cause under law that too strictly in accordance with law. .
