In view of the arguments of learned Standing Counsel and contents of the affidavit of compliance, this Court is of the view that order of the writ court has been complied with, accordingly, present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 4. In case, entire amount in question is not credited in the account of the applicant, it is open for him to file recall application.
