It is submitted that the Corpus, who is the father of the petitioner, passed away in hospital on 14th January, 2025. The said fact is admitted by respondent No.4 also.

In that view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition has rendered infructuous. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
