Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) To direct the respondent / opposite party to maintain the status quo over the land Gata no.312 area 0.0760 hectare of the petitioner, situated at village Fareedpur, Pargana- Surhurpur, Tehsil-Jalalpur, District Ambedkar Nagar, during the pendency of the stay application under Order-39 Rule-1 & 2 C.P.C., pending in Regular Suit No. 24/2025 "Suresh Chand Vs. Deep Chand" which is pending before Civil Judge (S.D.), Ambedkar Nagar since long, expeditiously within a stipulated period. (ii) To direct learned Civil Judge (J.D.) Ambedkar Nagar to decide the stay application under Order-39 Rule-1 & 2 C.P.C. pending in Regular Suit No. 24/2025 "Deep Chand Vs Suresh Chand" on the next date of hearing." 2. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the injunction application filed in the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
