The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed to quash the impugned summoning order dated 20.01.2025 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.8 / J.M., Bahraich in Case Crime No.184/2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 325 I.P.C., Police Station Dargah Sharif, District Bahraich as well as charge shet dated 18.07.2024. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application with liberty to move an application for discharge through counsel before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed providing that in case, the applicant moves an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned trial court within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court.
